ART IN MOTION

Movement is the the backbone of FZD. Through dance, we process emotion, express identity, and imagine new ideas. Choreography and performance aren’t just about aesthetics, they’re about visibility, transformation, and communication without words. We provide a space for artists to create work that heals, challenges, and connects.

  • We create and stage contemporary dance works that center around topics such as mental health, identity, and social connection. Whether through self-produced events or partnerships with venues and festivals, our performances intend to engage communities.

  • Available for commissions across stage, film, education, and more. We bring a collaborative, intentional approach to storytelling through movement.

  •  We love to co-create. Our collaborations invite artists across disciplines into shared authorship, blurring the lines between movement, voice, and visual art. Together, we build work that is bold, process-driven, and grounded in shared experience.
